Speaker's Topics
Kevin MacDonald - Clarity Success Coaching

The Beyond Limits! Series of Presentations

This group of presentation topics is tailored to fit your specific target audience - for example The Practice Beyond Limits!, the Club Beyond Limits! and the Business Beyond Limits! as well as many other Beyond Limits topics.  In these sessions Kevin helps people to see some of the limiting beliefs that people hold on to that limit their success.  He relates stories that help them to recognize that they may share some of these beliefs.  He challenges them to shift some of these beliefs to ones that support them in achieving their goals and then asks them to explore what is possible when these limits are gone.

There is Power in Accountability

In this session we look at why so many people avoid being accountable.  We then look at the benefits of taking on accountability and the power gained by being accountable.  Participants will see the weakness inherent in being a victim and will start to discover strategies to hold themselves, and others, accountable.

The Art of Being Brilliant at what You do Begins by Taking Care of Self.

Many people have grown up with the belief that selfish is a dirty word.  To be brilliant as a leader, a manager or an individual contributor one must learn how to take care of themselves.  Whether it is about learning how we operate, understanding our needs, or ensuring that we are achieving our goals with balance, the act of taking care of ourselves is a vitally important part of the foundation that is needed to be outstanding at whatever you do.

Coaching: A Power Tool for the Manager's Toolbox
In this program Kevin helps his audience understand how the process of using a Coach can help people to reach their goals faster and more effectively.  He challenges them to see how getting support helps them, or the people that work for them, to go beyond old habits and beliefs and design the life they choose to live.
