Coaching Newsletter! (We apologize for being a little bit late.) For
this month's newsletter, and for the next three issues of our
newsletter, we are going to focus more specifically on the
individual aspects of the STAR Within You that we touched on last
month. This month we are looking at the letter "S" for Seeing what
is needed.

| STARs See What is Needed |

 In last month's newsletter, we talked about the
attributes of a STAR. We define a STAR as someone who shines
brilliantly in their field of endeavour. They are people who
perform a skill or exhibit a characteristic that we can look
at and appreciate that it is being done at a high
level.
We use the "S" in STAR to represent Seeing What
is Needed which means that STARs:
-see themselves
-see
their gifts
-see what they don't know or don't have
-see
their purpose and focus on what's important
-see their
vision
STARs have a clarity of vision not only about
themselves, but about the people around them. They see the
gifts, talents and skills that each individual brings to an
event or a job. One of the ways that STARs shine is to make
others feel important and also help them to see their own
gifts.
Knowing as much as you can about your own gifts, skills and
talents serves two purposes. 1 - it enables you to see very
clearly what you are able to bring to any situation and also
what you are not able to provide, so that you can ensure those
skills and talents are provided by someone else. 2 - it
ensures that you are living on purpose and being true to your
most authentic, essential self.
STARs are voracious learners, not only about the world
around them but about themselves. They seek to discover more
about who they are all the time. Seeing these things about
themselves enables them to contribute clearly to any situation
they encounter and also to see what others (the people they
manage, for example) could bring to a situation.

What is your purpose?
How can you help
others to find their unique gifts and purpose?
How
would this type of clarity and vision enable you do more with
your life?
How is it possible to connect your passion
to your purpose?
How does knowing yourself better
enable you to find your purpose at work?
